IT Coordinator

The professional will report directly to the IT Management and will have the autonomy to manage and propose adjustments across two Infrastructure fronts, which currently total 15 direct reports:

● Client Front (12 people): Team focused on end-user support, Service Desk, device support, and local operational routines at the edge.

● Core Infrastructure and Security Front (3 people): Team focused on servers, networks, databases, applications, and local information security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage the administration of critical operational applications, data networks, on-premise servers, and the lifecycle of the physical Data Center (hybrid on-premise and Azure architecture).

● Provide technical direction and guidance to team members in the day-to-day operations of the end-to-end core infrastructure.

● Ensure the execution of the technical directive to automate as many routines as possible within the Core Infrastructure.

● Act locally on security, monitoring, updates, and maintenance of systems and services exclusive to Brazil (such as HR systems and local client systems).

● Respond with maximum speed and mitigate risks based on alerts or release/update packages reported by the Global SOC at the German headquarters.

● Structure processes for audits and compliance, focusing on delivering conformity requirements mandated by headquarters and preparing for future ISO 27001 certification.

Profile Requirements

● Corporate Experience: Prior background in leadership positions within international/multinational companies. Essential ability to navigate environments with strong global interaction and projects requiring integrated rollouts.

● Languages: Advanced/Fluent English (Mandatory for daily use with the German headquarters, global tools, and project meetings).

● Education: Completed Higher Education degree.

● Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mixed environments (on-premise and Azure cloud), core infrastructure tools, and security instruments.

● Behavioral Profile: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage a long-standing team, resilience to handle operational criticality, and a profile demonstrating professional stability.
