Business Analyst

We are conducting this recruitment process for one of our major global partners: a worldwide reference multinational in the agricultural technology (AgTech) and heavy machinery sector. Our partner is leading the digital transformation in agriculture through the development of Smart Farming platforms, telemetry systems, and global corporate solutions.

You will act as the strategic bridge between business areas and software engineering teams, translating complex agribusiness challenges into high-impact technological solutions.

What you will do day-to-day:

• Map needs alongside global stakeholders, understanding process flows and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications (User Stories, Epics) for development teams (Squads).
• Ensure constant alignment between the product vision and software deliverables.
• Conduct refinements, participate in agile ceremonies, and support backlog prioritization.
• Oversee user acceptance testing to ensure the product meets business needs.

What we are looking for (Requirements):

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or Product Owner in the technology/software segment.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
• Proficiency in business process modeling (BPMN or similar) and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills between business areas and technical teams.
• Advanced/Fluent English (constant interaction with international teams and leadership).

Differentials (Nice to have):

• Prior experience in the Agribusiness, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Knowledge of ERP ecosystems (such as SAP).
• Understanding of UX/UI and ease in facilitating workshops (Design Thinking).
