Salesforce Analyst

Requirements:

University degree (Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;

MBA preferred / Architect courses.

Experience with Salesforce integration, preferably in Automotive Cloud.

Desirable courses:

Key Certifications: 1. Salesforce Associate (Entry Level), 2. Salesforce Administrator, 3. Salesforce Platform App Builder.

Desirable Certifications: 1. Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, 2. Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, 3. Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Certifications.

Connect Connected Vehicle Data to Salesforce Automotive Cloud to meet business needs.

Support Customer Journeys to support customer center initiatives with the customer.

Collaborate and maintain relationships with Suppliers, Dealers, and Partners.

Assist the team with experience and technical knowledge to resolve complex issues.

Integrate multiple systems into Salesforce for a seamless user experience.

Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities.

Integrate existing Mulesoft and Salesforce tools.

Develop APIs using Mulesoft Anypoint Studio or other API development tools.

Work closely with other teams to ensure the Salesforce ecosystem and Automotive Cloud are functioning correctly.
