Senior Protheus Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve inquiries and incidents related to the various Protheus modules;
• Administer the Protheus environment, including server infrastructure;
• Provide technical leadership for the execution and management of system projects;
• Maintain communication and provide daily reports to the Chinese manager in English;
• Participate in initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on Prompt Engineering and LLMs.

Mandatory Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of TOTVS Protheus in essential backoffice modules: Purchasing, Managerial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, PCO, TAF, Personnel Management, and Fixed Assets;
• Knowledge of ADVPL, web development, SQL Server, Fluig, Power BI, and GitHub;
• Experience with support, administration, and management of Protheus server infrastructure.

Desired Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn Protheus modules that are not yet fully mastered;
• Previous experience in organized corporate environments or structures.
