Show originalWe are looking for a technical reference in the JD Edwards ecosystem to join the Phibro team, one of the largest global industries in animal health and nutrition. If you have solid functional experience and want to work in a multinational environment with a global interface, this position is for you!
In this role, you will be the focal point to ensure the stability and evolution of the ERP, handling international tickets and strategic documentation.
What you will do:
- Level 1 and 2 support in the JD Edwards ERP, ensuring daily maintenance and resolution of complex issues.
- Direct management with external consultancies and support for global users.
- Creation of detailed functional documentation for improvements and new features.
- Focus on Finance or Distribution processes.
🛠️ Technical Requirements:
- Solid experience with JD Edwards (JDE).
- 6-7 years of experience in consulting or 10 years in an industrial environment (Differential: Chemical or Pharmaceutical sector).
- Advanced English (total focus on reading and writing for global support).
- Resilience for change scenarios and focus on problem-solving.
📍 General Information:
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site in Guarulhos/SP).
- Employment Type: CLT.
