Senior Systems Analyst

Technical knowledge:

WMS System;
SQL / programming logic;
EDI technologies;
English for technical reading and interpretation;
Strong logical reasoning and organization.

Responsibilities:

Support for the Matrix WMS system (Blue Yonder);
Technical specification of improvements;
Map and validate logistics processes;
Training for staff and users;
Interaction with CEVA teams and clients;
Technical documentation for the Global team;
Follow change control processes;
Specialized support for IT and application support;
Identification and recommendation of improvements.
