AML Data Developer Analyst

Key Responsibilities

 Collaborate with compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that data solutions meet AML reporting standards and internal policies

 Maintain and enhance existing data pipelines for regulatory reporting, including code updates, documentation, and version control, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries

 Monitor daily operations of AML reporting pipelines, proactively identifying anomalies, delays, or failures, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime

 Oversee data integration processes for the eGuardian system, including monitoring SQL Server databases, data validation, and troubleshooting ETL tasks

 Diagnose pipeline issues (data inconsistencies, performance bottlenecks, integration failures) and develop practical solutions, escalating more complex issues to senior engineers when necessary

 Contribute to pipeline optimization initiatives, suggesting improvements in efficiency, reliability, and scalability of the data flow based on operational insights

Requirements

 Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (or equivalent experience).  Strong knowledge of SQL for extraction, validation, and troubleshooting in SQL Server environments

 Intermediate knowledge of Python, with practical experience using Pandas for data manipulation and transformation

 Familiarity with Windows Server administration, including task scheduling, log monitoring, and basic system maintenance

 Excellent problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to diagnosing technical issues

 Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical compliance teams and explain technical concepts clearly

 Basic knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline concepts

 Advanced English is mandatory.
