Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Benner Turismo Support Analyst to provide technical support to teams that use the Benner Turismo system in their day-to-day operations. The person will be responsible for handling tickets, identifying and resolving system issues, supporting users, and performing configurations, ensuring that teams can carry out their operational routines securely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintenance of the Wooba, Argo, Lemontech, Reserve, Amadeus, SAP Concur, or Cytric platforms;
• Advanced diagnosis of integration failures (unintegrated sales, value discrepancies, management information);
• Handling content unavailability, booking failures, and systemic inconsistencies;
• Technical relationship with suppliers and partners for escalation of complex issues;
• Support in configuring and parameterizing supplier credentials;
• Support for tickets escalated by N1/N2, acting as a technical reference for the platforms;
• Contributing to training and user support materials.

Requirements

• Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Benner or similar billing/travel systems;
• Understanding of air and ground billing processes;
• Analytical profile and strong diagnostic skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP parameterization;
• Basic SQL knowledge.

Work model and location

• Employment type: CLT;
• Hybrid format: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote;
• Location: Jardim Paulista / SP;
• Work schedule: 44 hours per week;
• Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:40 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break.
