Position: Senior Software Quality Analyst | Hybrid (On-site/Hybrid)

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Quality Analyst to strengthen our team! If you are passionate about software quality, test automation, and continuous improvement, this is your place. 🚀

What you will do:

• Define test strategies for new products and improvements.
• Prepare reports on homologation results and defects.
• Execute manual and automated tests (and help evolve our frameworks!).
• Work side by side with Dev, Product, and UX teams.
• Collaborate in building a solid and modern quality culture.

Required qualifications:

• +5 years of experience in QA (minimum 2 years as a Senior).
• Knowledge in automation (Selenium, RobotFramework, etc.).
• Practical experience with API testing and tools.
• Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Good communication, organization, and a spirit of continuous improvement.
• Nice to have (not mandatory):
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Experience in performance and security testing.
• Knowledge in CI/CD pipelines.

Work model:

💻 Hybrid after an initial 45 days of on-site training.

In this role, you will execute:

• Analyze tasks to prepare test cases;
• Execute manual tests to understand screen rules and various validations;
• Manage results and indicators of executed tests;
• Provide feedback on tasks that do not meet compliance;
• Maintain contact with other quality team members, the analysis team, and the consulting team (Support) for validation and understanding of task requirements.
• Create automated test cases;
• Manage automated test case suites to ensure regression testing execution is compliant.
• Prepare reports on executed activities and report to your direct supervisor.
