💼 What your day-to-day will look like


  • Represent Oficinaria at the first 2–3 sessions of each workshop, providing support to hosts and participants.
  • Welcome participants and ensure a warm experience aligned with the platform's values.
  • Support hosts during workshop execution, assisting with organization and addressing any needs that arise during the event.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the workshop experience and share insights with the team.
  • Participate in regular meetings for team alignment.

  • Experience organizing or supporting in-person events.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Involvement in cultural, artistic, or creative initiatives.
  • Having a hobby related to hands-on crafting, artisanry, cooking, music, painting, or other creative activities.
  • Enjoy hosting people and creating welcoming environments.

🎓 Education


We accept candidates with completed or ongoing higher education, especially in the following fields:

  • Education (Pedagogy)
  • Social Communication
  • Marketing
  • Business Administration
  • Architecture, Design, or Fine Arts
  • Theater or Performing Arts

We also consider candidates without a degree who have relevant experience in customer service, events, client relations, or organizing in-person experiences.


📍 Work model


  • Contractor agreement (PJ).
  • Part-time role.
  • Must reside in São Paulo (city).
  • Primarily on-site presence at workshops, initially in the Vila Madalena and República neighborhoods.
  • Workload occurs mainly on weekday evenings and weekends, coinciding with workshop schedules.
