💼 What your day-to-day will look like


  • In online and in-person meetings, assist hosts beforehand in designing workshop experiences so they reflect Oficinaria's values and purpose.
  • Represent Oficinaria during the initial run of each workshop, acting as a co-host alongside the workshop host.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the workshop experience and share learnings with the team.
  • Participate in regular team meetings.

  • Availability for in-person meetings in São Paulo when necessary.

  • Having a hobby related to hands-on making, crafts, cooking, music, painting, or other creative activities.

🎓 Education


We accept professionals with a completed or ongoing higher education degree, especially in the following fields:

  • Pedagogy
  • Social Communication
  • Marketing
  • Business Administration
  • Architecture, Design, or Fine Arts
  • Theater or Performing Arts

We also consider professionals without a degree who possess relevant experience in customer service, events, client relations, or organizing in-person experiences.


📍 Work model


  • Contractor agreement (PJ).
  • Part-time role.
  • Must reside in São Paulo (capital).
  • Hybrid model. For in-person activities (meetings and workshops), initially in the Vila Madalena and República neighborhoods.
  • Workload is split between business hours (planning) and alternative hours (weekday evenings and weekends, supporting workshop execution).
