Tech Lead Java

About the Role

We are looking for a Tech Lead to technically lead the development of robust and scalable solutions. This person will serve as a reference for the team, ensuring engineering best practices, clean architecture, and quality deliveries.

Technical Requirements

Essential

• Experience in development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of software architecture patterns, especially hexagonal architecture.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns, SOLID, and Clean Code.
• Knowledge of messaging systems, such as Kafka.

Desirable

• Knowledge of recent Java versions.
• Familiarity with the Kotlin language.
• Knowledge of Cloud services (AWS or other platforms).
• Experience with concurrency and parallel programming.
• Solid knowledge of data structures.
