We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to implement SRE, observability, and reliability practices using Dynatrace Managed and SaaS.
Responsibilities
- Implement SRE, observability, and reliability practices using Dynatrace Managed and SaaS.
- Monitor APIs and critical financial journeys, including PIX, Open Finance, SPB, TED, DOC, and digital wallets.
- Apply SLIs/SLOs and perform analysis of latency, throughput, errors, and availability.
- Develop dashboards and alerts for operations and the Command Center.
- Work with automation, self-healing, and resilience practices, aiming to reduce MTTR and ensure high availability and scalability.
