Functional QA Analyst - Insurance

About the Role

We are seeking a Functional QA / Quality Analyst with experience in the insurance market to act as a quality facilitator. The professional will lead project management with a focus on cadence, visibility, and cross-functional integration, ensuring the evolution of validation tracks according to schedule, scope, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project rituals: planning, dailies, status updates, and decision-making forums.
• Monitor schedule indicators, milestones, risks, and deliverables, ensuring visibility.
• Ensure cadence and discipline in execution, promoting alignment between teams.
• Work on removing and escalating impediments.
• Facilitate integration between business, product, technology, and quality teams.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders.
• Support prioritization, replanning, and scope management based on value and impact.
• Consolidate and present executive status reports, risks, deviations, and next steps.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or Functional QA.
• Solid knowledge of the insurance market (Property and Homeowners).
• Experience in leading rituals and project management.
• Skill in monitoring indicators and generating visibility for stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate integration between business, product, technology, and quality teams.
