Software Quality Lead (QA)

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Quality (QA) Tech Lead to serve as a technical reference, leading the definition of strategy, architecture, and test automation frameworks.

The individual will be responsible for spreading quality best practices, mentoring the team, and ensuring the continuous evolution of QA processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the QA team and act as a Software Quality reference.
• Define strategy, architecture, and test automation frameworks.
• Develop and evolve test automation using JavaScript/TypeScript, Playwright, and/or Selenium.
• Perform REST API testing and validate integrations between systems.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Define and monitor quality metrics and indicators.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Work within agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Mentor the team and foster a culture of quality.

Technical Requirements

• Experience as a Tech Lead or technical reference in QA.
• Expertise in Test Automation and Software Engineering in Automation (SEA) practices.
• Experience defining strategy, architecture, and automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with Playwright and/or Selenium.
• Experience with REST API testing and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Git, Jira, and Xray.
• Experience defining and monitoring quality metrics and indicators.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Ability to provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
