Junior Java Backend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Java Backend Developer to build critical solutions for one of the largest banks in Latin America.

The professional will work on projects involving Java 17+, Spring Boot, event-driven architecture, microservices, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, observability, and modern software engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Work on microservices architecture and event-driven solutions.
• Implement integrations with Apache Kafka for asynchronous communication.
• Work with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Apply observability, monitoring, and software quality practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment.
