Expert Backend Java/Kotlin/AI Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Java/Kotlin Developer to join a high-performance technical squad. You will be responsible for creating and evolving robust microservices, building APIs, and integrating AI and Generative AI solutions within a cloud-native architecture.

The position requires architectural vision, mastery of software engineering best practices, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve microservices using Java and Kotlin.
• Build APIs and integrations with AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Participate in architectural definitions and provide technical support to the squad.
• Implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance solutions.
• Work on integrations, messaging systems, and cloud environments.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Java 11+, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Mastery of development best practices, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.

Differentials

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of RAG, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with observability and monitoring.
