RPA Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an RPA Developer to develop, maintain, and evolve process automations in a corporate environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating robust and scalable solutions using Blue Prism, integrating systems via APIs and VBOs, and collaborating with international teams in multidisciplinary squads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business process automations using Blue Prism in Object Studio and Process Studio;
• Build reusable Business Objects and automation components;
• Manage queues, sessions, and environments in the Blue Prism Control Room;
• Integrate web, desktop, and mainframe applications via REST/SOAP APIs and VBOs;
• Apply automation architecture best practices, such as modularization, exception handling, and reusability;
• Write and optimize queries in relational databases;
• Version control code and manage deployments across development, staging, and production environments;
• Document processes with PDD and SDD;
• Communicate fluently in English with international teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience with Blue Prism in a corporate environment;
• Fluent English for reading, writing, and conversation;
• Solid knowledge of RPA and business process automation;
• Mastery of Blue Prism Object Studio, Process Studio, and Control Room;
• Experience in developing reusable Business Objects;
• Knowledge of automation architecture best practices;
• Experience integrating via REST/SOAP APIs, VBOs, and automating web, desktop, and mainframe applications;
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or similar relational databases;
• Experience with code versioning and deployment environments;
• Bachelor's degree completed in IT, Engineering, Systems, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• Blue Prism Certification (Developer, Solution Designer, or Professional Developer);
• Experience with UiPath or Automation Anywhere;
• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban;
• Experience technically leading squads or mentoring developers;
• Familiarity with Python, C#, or VB.NET;
• Experience with RPA governance and Centers of Excellence (CoE);
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL for incident management.

Work Location

On-site work when required, based in São Paulo/SP.
