QA Automation Engineer - Mobile

Responsibilities and Duties

• Test Development: Create, execute, and maintain robust automated test scripts for mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• QA Strategy: Actively participate in defining, planning, and evolving the company's automated testing strategy.
• Continuous Integration: Set up and integrate automated test suites directly into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure deployments.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work in synergy with development and product teams to refine requirements and mitigate risks from the start of the cycle.
• Results Analysis: Monitor test reports, support in identifying bugs, investigate the root cause of failures, and propose continuous improvements to the product.

🛠️ Mandatory Requirements

• Mobile Automation: Solid practical experience in mobile test automation using Appium or similar frameworks.
• Programming: Proficiency in at least one market programming language (such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or related).
• Version Control: Consistent experience with version control using Git (Gitflow, branches, pull requests).
• AI and Productivity: Proven familiarity with using Artificial Intelligence tools for development acceleration and productivity, such as GitHub Copilot.

• Multi-layered Testing: Experience with test automation focused on Web applications and API testing (REST/GraphQL).
• CI/CD Culture: Practical experience in setting up continuous integration and delivery tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Methodologies and Practices: Practical knowledge of quality engineering best practices such as TDD (Test-Driven Development), BDD (Behavior-Driven Development), and the application of exploratory testing.
