At Newbacon, we believe that well-utilized data creates opportunities, optimizes decisions, and accelerates results. We are looking for a Tableau Specialist (Mid-Level) to transform data into real strategies that directly impact our clients.


This professional will play a central role in developing dashboards, advanced analytics, and visualization models, ensuring data quality and consistency, while collaborating with different areas of the company to strengthen a data-driven culture.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and advanced reports in Tableau, ensuring clarity and visual impact.
  • Ensure data quality and governance by conducting audits, making corrections, and proposing continuous improvements.
  • Work with raw data to generate strategic insights that guide business decisions.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities from the analysis of large volumes of data.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, efficient, and scalable analytical solutions.
  • Create frameworks, templates, and best practices that ensure consistency in BI deliverables.
  • Document methodologies, workflows, and analytical processes.
  • Support tactical and operational decisions in areas such as media, marketing, creative, and customer service.
  • Contribute to data literacy within the company by promoting workshops and providing support to internal teams.


Requirements:


  • Degree in BI, Data Analysis, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, with practical involvement in data projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau (mandatory), including complex calculations, data modeling, and dashboard optimization.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and data manipulation tools (advanced Excel, Python, or R are a plus).
  • Familiarity with other BI tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Looker, etc.) will be considered an advantage.
  • Analytical ability, critical thinking, and the skill to transform data into strategic storytelling.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative profile to work on multidisciplinary projects.
