Support Coordinator

Nava is looking for a Support Coordinator to work on a strategic Field Services operation, leading teams and ensuring excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a team of approximately 10 professionals;
• Manage three areas of the operation: Field Services; Inventory; Implementation;
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational indicators;
• Monitor field activities, schedules, and customer demands;
• Support the definition of processes, continuous improvements, and team development;
• Act as the focal point for operational alignments and escalations.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in coordinating Field Services operations;
• Experience managing technical support teams in the field;
• Knowledge of implementation processes, logistics, and equipment inventory management;
• Experience with monitoring indicators and operational management;
• Hands-on profile, organized, with strong leadership skills.
