Nava is looking for a Support Coordinator to work on a strategic Field Services operation, leading teams and ensuring excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a team of approximately 10 professionals;
- Manage three areas of the operation: Field Services; Inventory; Implementation;
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational indicators;
- Monitor field activities, schedules, and customer demands;
- Support the definition of processes, continuous improvements, and team development;
- Act as the focal point for operational alignments and escalations.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in coordinating Field Services operations;
- Experience managing technical support teams in the field;
- Knowledge of implementation processes, logistics, and equipment inventory management;
- Experience with monitoring indicators and operational management;
- Hands-on profile, organized, with strong leadership skills.
