About the position

We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to work in our e-commerce operation in São Bernardo do Campo/SP. The person will be responsible for supporting the entire logistics flow, from receiving products to shipping orders to customers.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking, and storing products.
• Inventory control and issuing invoices.
• Picking and packing orders.
• Managing shipments to other warehouses, exchanges, and returns.
• Supporting product cataloging.

Requirements

• Completed high school education.
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce is desirable.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
• Familiarity with Tiny/Olist ERP and Hub BASE.
• Forklift experience.
• Technical courses or an ongoing bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics.
