Project Manager - Hybrid

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strategic profile and business vision to manage and integrate corporate projects, reporting directly to the CEO.

The focus will be on structuring workflows, organizing priorities, and ensuring that strategic and operational projects move forward in a coordinated and efficient manner.

This role requires a macro-level view of the company, ability to coordinate across departments, and a strong sense of execution — ideal for those who enjoy working in dynamic, transitional, and growth-oriented environments.

Responsibilities:

• • Act as PMO and right-hand to the CEO in leading strategic projects and post-acquisition integration;
  • Coordinate corporate action plans, defining priorities, deadlines, and responsible parties;
  • Map internal processes and propose organizational and governance improvements;
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and with quality;
  • Lead communication across different departments (finance, operations, regulatory, commercial, etc.);
  • Support the cultural and operational integration of new units, systems, and teams;
  • Produce executive reports and status presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements:

• • Higher education degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
  • Proven experience in corporate project management (PMO, integration, organizational transformation, or M&A);
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions processes, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or industrial sectors;
  • Analytical ability and systemic business vision;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and prioritization skills;
  • Sense of urgency and a hands-on profile, with strong execution and autonomy;
  • Intermediate or advanced English.

Differentials:

• • PMP, PMO-CP, or similar certification;
  • Experience in companies undergoing restructuring or accelerated growth;
  • Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Monday, Asana, Power BI).
