N1 Support Intern

myTapp is a company with 10 years of market experience, leading in self-service draft beer systems for bars and pubs. We are passionate about innovation and providing a unique consumption experience. We are looking for a professional who will be a key piece in our growth journey, helping us expand our presence even further and positively impact our customers.

Activities

-Assist with technical support via chat, WhatsApp, phone, and email.

-Support the team in analyzing and resolving equipment and system issues.

-Perform initial screenings and route requests to the appropriate levels.

-Participate in system and equipment monitoring.

-Assist in scheduling and following up on remote technical visits.

-Record service interactions and collaborate on process documentation.

-Manage the hiring and dispatch of third-party technicians for installation and maintenance.

-Validate the deployed environment, perform functional tests, and release for operation.

-Plan and coordinate physical equipment installation activities and system configuration.

Location and Schedule

-Monday to Friday

-1:00 PM to 7:00 PM
