IT Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Manager!

Responsible for leading the IT team, managing strategic projects, and ensuring the security and efficiency of the company's technological infrastructure. If you have experience in leadership and knowledge in technology, apply now!

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate sector processes;
• Data mapping and structuring;
• Quality assurance control;
• Information systems management;
• Project and team management;
• Monitor development projects;
• Coordinate a project in all its stages;
• Plan and coordinate the entire IT area, involving infrastructure and systems;
• Act in IT governance and process engineering;
• Develop contingency strategies and procedures, aiming for data security, access, audits, and the continuity of Information Systems services;
• Coordinate team work, focusing on evaluating and identifying technological solutions, project planning, and understanding business and client needs;
• Negotiate with consultancies for the hiring of project development or resource allocation for analysis and programming activities;
• Assign roles to team members, passing on deadlines and budgets, identify, document, coordinate, and solve all potential problems, perform quality control, and thus provide an acceptable level of quality;
• Ensure that each team member successfully performs their assigned function, verify each project stage, and thus move on to the next phase;
• Verify project completion and conduct a review of errors and successes, being responsible for the final success of each project.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Full degree in Information Technology or related fields;
• Experience in Process Management;
• Knowledge of the Office suite;
• Knowledge of programming languages: javascript, react, C++ (for Arduino and microcomponents IOT), Html, Css, Delphi (optional);
• Knowledge of databases: MS-SQL Server;
• Knowledge of UML / data modeling;
• Basic knowledge of Arduino platform (C++);
• Basic UX/UI – Figma;
• Understanding of documentation;
