Golang Technical Lead - Remote

Responsibilities and Assignments

• Lead the technological restructuring of Bling's Fintech, gradually migrating to a microservices architecture using Golang.
• Support the definition and evolution of Bling's distributed architecture, focusing on scalability, reliability, and simplicity.
• Design and validate technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs, performance, and software sustainability.
• Act as a technical mentor, disseminating knowledge and supporting the growth of software developers and engineers.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and tech deep dives with a focus on quality, performance, and security.
• Support the implementation of best practices for observability, automated testing, and DevSecOps.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to align technical strategy and innovation roadmap.
• Be an active voice in architecture forums, contributing to the company's long-term technical vision.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts in modeling and evolving solutions, ensuring alignment between business rules and technical architecture;
• Incorporate artificial intelligence throughout the entire software development lifecycle, going beyond using it merely as a coding assistant.
• Promote the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), sharing experiences and recommended best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Advanced experience in backend development with the Golang language.
• Deep expertise in Microservices Architecture and high-availability systems.
• Practical experience with messaging and events (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases in high-volume scenarios.
• Mindset focused on Scalability and Resilience (Design Patterns, SOLID, DDD).
• Openness and ease in working with PHP, which will initially be your primary language.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, Amazon CodeWhisperer) for coding and automations, aiming to accelerate projects and ensure high development efficiency.

What will make you stand out:

• Previous experience with Golang + PHP in production.
• Track record of migrating from monoliths to microservices.
• Knowledge of Chaos Engineering or FinOps (cloud cost optimization).
• Experience creating autonomous AI agents, including defining objectives, tools, and execution flows.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration platforms integrated with N8N or similar tools.
