Responsibilities and Day-to-Day:
- Lead the evolution of Bling's distributed architecture, focusing on scalability, reliability, and simplicity.
- Define strategies for caching, messaging, and observability to ensure system resilience in high-volume scenarios.
- Design and validate technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business goals, performance, and software sustainability.
- Lead the AI strategy for productivity by implementing agents, assistants, and intelligent tools that accelerate development.
- Build PoCs (Proofs of Concept) to test and validate emerging technologies (LLMs, agent frameworks) before scaling them.
- Support CI/CD and Quality squads to accelerate deployments and strengthen automated testing pipelines.
- Promote Secure Coding practices, supporting teams from design through early vulnerability detection using AI.
- Mentor the engineering team, conducting architecture reviews and disseminating best practices in development and prompt engineering.
Mandatory Requirements (Must-have):
- Advanced experience in backend development (regardless of the source language).
- Hands-on experience with the use and integration of Generative AI (LLMs, agent orchestration, tool calling, RAG).
- Deep expertise in Microservices Architecture and high-availability systems.
- Practical experience with messaging and events (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases in high-volume scenarios.
- Mindset focused on Scalability and Resilience (Design Patterns, SOLID, DDD).
- Openness and aptitude for working with Golang (it will be your primary tool).
Nice-to-have:
- Prior experience with Golang in production.
- Track record of creating internal development tools using AI.
- Track record of migrating monoliths to microservices.
- Knowledge of Chaos Engineering or FinOps.
