Senior Corporate Projects Analyst | Hybrid

🔍 About the area:

LWSA's SMO (Strategic Management Office) is the team responsible for managing the strategic portfolio, integrating M&A, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and corporate operations projects. We act as partners to executive leadership in structuring governance, execution, portfolio communication, and decision-making. The projects have high C-level exposure and direct business impact.

💼 Day-to-day responsibilities and activities:

• Manage cross-functional corporate projects (M&A, regulatory, financial, operational) with autonomy and visibility to the board
• Structure and maintain portfolio tracking models — status reports, dashboards, and governance forums
• Produce executive-ready materials for C-level presentations (slides, communications, summaries)
• Map and anticipate risks, proposing mitigations before they become problems
• Coordinate stakeholders with different profiles — from operational teams to senior leadership
• Support the evolution of SMO management practices, including the use of tools and automations

🤩 We expect you to have:

• Experience in corporate and business project management;
• Experience with projects involving different areas and stakeholders;
• Experience with transformation, process improvement, or business integration;
• Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Kanban, or similar methodologies;
• Ability to organize schedules, deadlines, risks, and action plans;
• Strong communication with leaders and executives;
• Business acumen and ability to analyze financial and operational impacts;
• Autonomy to lead projects and track deliverables;
• Knowledge of Excel and project management tools.

🌟 It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience with M&A and company integration;
• Experience with corporate or organizational restructuring;
• Experience with Tax, Accounting, Legal, or Compliance projects;
• Experience in back-office or corporate areas;
• Experience in holding companies or companies with multiple business units;
• PMP certification or equivalent;
• Knowledge of Power BI, AI, or automations applied to project management.
