We are looking for a Mid/Senior QA Analyst who goes beyond test execution. We seek someone with a systemic vision, strong analytical skills, and experience in test automation, capable of actively contributing to the quality, reliability, and evolution of a rapidly growing SaaS platform.
This role will play a key part in defining the product's quality strategy, working closely with Product, Development, Data, and Security teams, from defining requirements and acceptance criteria to validating releases in production.
We are looking for a hands-on profile who can also propose improvements, structure processes, and continuously elevate the company's QA maturity.
Responsibilities
- Structure and execute manual and automated testing strategies;
- Develop and maintain end-to-end, integration, API, and regression automated tests;
- Create and maintain test scenarios, cases, and plans;
- Participate in defining acceptance criteria and quality standards from the early stages of development;
- Identify, log, investigate, and track bugs until resolution;
- Perform functional, exploratory, regression, and integration tests;
- Develop automations using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or similar;
- Create and execute API tests using Postman or equivalent tools;
- Contribute to the implementation and evolution of automated tests integrated into CI/CD pipelines;
- Identify technical and quality risks before feature release;
- Support investigations of issues in staging and production environments;
- Work alongside developers to improve test coverage and quality;
- Contribute to defining product quality metrics and indicators;
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and practices.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience as a QA Analyst;
- Practical and relevant experience in test automation;
- Proficiency in at least one modern automation tool, such as Playwright or Cypress;
- Experience with API testing and tools like Postman;
- Knowledge of different testing strategies and levels: functional, regression, exploratory, integration, API, end-to-end, and automated;
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases;
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies;
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines;
- Ability to analyze problems in a structured way and identify root causes;
- Systemic vision regarding product, technology, and user experience;
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with development and product teams;
- Sense of ownership, autonomy, and professional maturity.
Differentials
- Experience with Playwright and Cypress;
- Experience with automation using Python;
- Knowledge of applications developed in Django/Python and Vue.js;
- Experience with performance, load, and stress testing;
- Knowledge of security testing;
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools;
- Experience with Docker and cloud environments;
- Experience structuring QA pipelines in CI/CD;
- Knowledge of testing in microservices architectures and distributed systems;
- Experience with B2B SaaS products;
- Experience in regulated environments, especially in health, security, compliance, or sensitive data;
- Experience with products utilizing Artificial Intelligence.
What We Expect From You
We want someone who sees quality as everyone's responsibility, not just a step prior to releasing a feature.
You will have the autonomy to propose improvements, increase automation coverage, evolve processes, and help build a culture of quality within Livon.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, automating what can be automated, investigating root causes, and building better products, we want to talk to you.
