BUSINESS ANALYST - MID-LEVEL - ONSITE

Responsibilities

● Conduct the survey, definition, management, and documentation of business rules and requirements.

● Understand user needs and structure information in a logical and intuitive way to facilitate communication with other teams.

● Execute the validation and approval of business requirements and developed activities.

● Analyze issues arising from implementations.

● Act as a bridge between Business and IT areas, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (analysts, designers, and developers) on solution integration.

● Manage communication and promote the sharing of technical and business knowledge among teams.

● Manage projects and demands, participate in team rituals, and propose innovations to optimize products and processes.

● Configure systems, keep technical documentation up to date, and extract management information (via SQL, BI, and spreadsheets) to support departments.

Requirements

● Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields.

● Knowledge of Google Apps (Drive, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets).

Differentials

● Experience with Jira for project management and Miro for flow and process modeling.

● Knowledge of basic SQL for performing queries and data analysis.

● Familiarity with tools for API testing and system integration.

● Knowledge of Elastic for communication and analysis of system logs.
