About the role

We are looking for a Mid-level Full Stack Developer to work on new platform projects, with direct impact on the product and the freedom to propose technical improvements.

We seek autonomous, responsible individuals with strong technical communication skills, who can investigate code, understand business rules, and contribute maturely in a small, high-responsibility team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Full Stack developer on web and mobile projects
• Develop and evolve applications in React (web) and React Native (mobile)
• Work on the back-end with Node.js (Nest.js)
• Work with MongoDB, including modeling, performance, and advanced searches
• Integrate and consume complex APIs, especially map and routing APIs
• Read and understand existing code and business rules before proposing solutions
• Participate in daily stand-ups at 9 AM and technical alignment meetings
• Propose technical improvements and participate in architecture decisions
• Work collaboratively, communicating progress, issues, and solutions effectively

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of development experience
• Solid experience with React, React Native, and Node.js
• Proficiency in MongoDB (modeling, performance, and search)
• Practical experience with complex map APIs
• Experience in SaaS products and scalable environments
• Strong technical communication skills
• Autonomous, responsible profile, and committed to long-term projects
