Tech Lead - PHP / Angular / React - Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications in PHP using Laravel and CodeIgniter
• Work on the development of interfaces and applications with Next.js, Angular, and React Native
• Model and optimize MySQL databases
• Perform deploys, configurations, and maintenance of Linux environments
• Participate in technical decisions, code reviews, and requirement refinement
• Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, and similar) to accelerate development with quality

Requirements

• Solid experience with PHP, Laravel, and CodeIgniter
• Mastery of MySQL (modeling, queries, optimization)
• Experience with Next.js, Angular, and React Native
• Experience in Linux environments (servers, terminal, troubleshooting)
• Active use of AI tools in daily development, especially Cursor
• Good versioning practices with Git
• Ability to work on multiple projects with organization and clear communication

Differentials

• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Docker
• Previous experience in agencies or software houses
• Technical English for reading documentation
