Senior Product Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Product Development professional to work on the development, creation, and improvement of products, considering functionality, aesthetics, and production feasibility. The position is for mid-level or senior level, with experience in mechanical projects for plastic and steel products.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and improve products considering functionality, aesthetics, and production feasibility.
• Create detailed manual sketches to present innovative concepts and ideas.
• Actively participate in all phases of the design process, from user research to prototype development and testing.
• Code products, materials, and production processes.
• Contribute to the development of product manuals and descriptive specifications.
• Prepare detailed product designs.
• Develop industrialization solutions for products.

Requirements

• Experience in the field; product engineering will be considered a plus.
• Experience in mechanical projects, plastic and steel products.
• Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and Microsoft Office.
• Completed higher education (Technologist in Mechanics, Industrial Design, or Product Design).
• Experience with ISO.
• Reside in the CIC area.

• Education or experience in product engineering.
• Intermediate English.
