Salesforce Developer Specialist (Hybrid - São Paulo)

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Salesforce Specialist to work in a hybrid model in Pinheiros, São Paulo. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing, customizing, and optimizing the Salesforce platform, as well as fluency in English for communication with clients and international teams.

The professional will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and implementing scalable solutions that meet business requirements, while maintaining the stability, security, and high performance of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and reports;
• Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and ensure continuous data flow;
• Provide expertise in Salesforce administration, including user management, security, and data governance;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization;
• Train end-users and create documentation for Salesforce feature adoption;
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a Salesforce Specialist or in a similar role;
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer I certifications (preferred);
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL;
• Experience with Salesforce integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar;
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

Differentiators

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics, or Pardot;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Additional certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.

Work Model and Compensation

Hybrid work model, with 3 onsite days per week at the office in Pinheiros, São Paulo.
