Senior Infrastructure Analyst

Advanced knowledge of the Windows Server platform (2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019);

Advanced knowledge of the Exchange Server messaging system and Exchange Server Online.

Advanced knowledge of M365 and Azure cloud solutions (AWS and OCI desirable);

Advanced knowledge of on-premises backup systems (ArcServe, BackupExec, and Veeam) and cloud-based backup;

Advanced knowledge of corporate storage and backup devices (tape libraries, etc.);

Advanced knowledge of corporate firewalls (SonicWall and FortiGate; Cisco desirable);

Advanced knowledge of virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V);

Advanced knowledge of VPN environments and high-availability WAN networks;

Knowledge of hardware deployment and support for servers and other connectivity devices;

Knowledge of switch and router configuration;

Microsoft certifications (Windows Server or infrastructure systems);

Desirable:

Recent prior experience in IT consulting firms;

Basic English

Deploy and maintain heterogeneous corporate server environments, data network infrastructure, internet access (firewall and network security), connectivity, backup, and cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS);

Develop and implement datacenter solution projects;

Provide N3 support and maintenance for servers (hardware and software) and datacenter devices. Support for N1 and N2.

Plan environment capacity, identify improvement and upgrade needs;

Participate in internal meetings and with clients;

Prepare and/or improve area documentation and procedures, monitor the review and update of operational procedures, research new solutions, critically analyze processes, and propose improvements.
