YOUR MISSION

As a Product Ops & Business Analyst, your mission will be to connect product, data, and stakeholders, ensuring that decisions are data-driven, that operations run efficiently, and that the needs of clients and partners are well understood and translated into clear inputs for the product team.

You will work closely with the business, interacting strongly with clients (B2B) and partners, supporting the product team with analysis, organization, and execution in a regulated SaaS platform context.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Support the product team with data analysis and insights
  • Analyze platform usage, sales funnel, performance, and user behavior
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and analytical tools
  • Support discovery and validation of results based on data
  • Act as the operational extension of the product team
  • Support communication of product changes with a focus on business impact
  • Contribute to functional documentation oriented toward business rules and processes
  • Support client and partner onboarding processes
  • Support analysis of relevant incidents, identifying business impacts

EXPERIENCE

• • Experience with digital product, data, operations, or business analysis
  • Strong analytical skills, with practical experience in SQL
  • Comfortable with metrics, funnels, performance indicators, and reports
  • Experience interacting with clients and partners
  • Proficiency with tools such as spreadsheets, BI, Jira, Notion, and similar
  • Experience in fintechs, banking environments, or insurance companies is a plus

EDUCATION
