RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Work on creating and evolving the user experience in digital solutions.

• Define interface characteristics ensuring usability, accessibility, and clarity of information.

• Conduct UX research with users and the Product Owner.

• Create prototypes and interaction flows to validate solutions.

• Ensure alignment of interfaces with the institutional design system.

• Work closely with business and development teams.

• Evaluate the user experience throughout the solution's lifecycle.

• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate on the continuous improvement of products.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in IT or related fields).

• Experience in UX/UI.

• Experience with user research, prototyping, and interaction design.

• Knowledge of usability and accessibility.

• Integrative view of the solution and focus on business needs.

• Experience in agile environments.

• Employment Type: CLT (Brazilian Labor Law)

• Work Mode: Hybrid in São Paulo/SP (3 days on-site)
