Mid-Level AI/Python Developer – On-site – Rio Grande do Norte

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Develop applications and adjust functionalities to meet Artificial Intelligence (AI) solution requirements.
• Support system maintenance, work on new projects, and develop dashboards (BI) using R and Python languages.
• Collaborate with development, testing, UX/UI teams, and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Support the clarification of technical requirements, discuss solutions, and resolve team issues.
• Create and maintain technical system documentation.
• Adapt AI solutions to new applicable laws, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct periodic code reviews to identify and fix potential vulnerabilities.
• Optimize processes and workflows of the solution being implemented, ensuring deadlines, specifications, and alignment with established design standards and layouts.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree completed in Information Technology or related fields.
• Solid experience in system development using Python and Artificial Intelligence.
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) and delivery-based work with SLA.
• Proficiency or knowledge in R language, data modeling concepts, visual presentation, and BI modeling.
• Familiarity with tools such as GLPI, Redmine, and GIT.
• Experience working on projects for the public sector.
• Clear communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and proactivity.
• Ability to work in a team, receive constructive feedback, and interest in learning new technologies.
