RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Develop, maintain, and evolve software solutions with a focus on quality, security, and performance.
• Support the definition of software architectures in collaboration with architects and other technical teams.
• Lead technical initiatives, promoting the application of development best practices.
• Design and implement scalable applications using microservices architectures and APIs.
• Work on optimizing the performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
• Implement and support DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD practices, and pipeline automation.
• Work with cloud environments, containers, and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes).
• Contribute to the modeling, optimization, and maintenance of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Disseminate technical knowledge by supporting and mentoring less experienced professionals.
• Work on backend, frontend, fullstack, or integration projects, as required by the Service Order.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree completed in Information Technology or a degree in any field with a postgraduate degree in IT.
• Experience in software development.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe.
• Experience with CI/CD, pipeline automation, and DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
• Mastery of software architecture and development best practices (DDD, SOLID, and Clean Architecture).
• Experience with microservices, APIs, containers (Docker and Kubernetes), and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including query modeling and optimization.
• Ability to optimize performance, scalability, and continuous evolution of applications.
• Knowledge of programming languages, as required by the project (backend, frontend, fullstack, or integrations).
