We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and evolve our data platform, developing scalable pipelines and ensuring the quality, availability, and reliability of information used by business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines;
- Build and evolve data architectures in cloud environments;
- Integrate data from various systems, APIs, and databases;
- Work with large volumes of data, ensuring performance and scalability;
- Implement best practices for data quality, governance, and observability;
- Support Data Science, Analytics, and BI teams;
- Participate in technical decisions and contribute to the evolution of data architecture.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Data Engineering;
- Proficiency in Python and SQL;
- Experience with Apache Spark and Databricks;
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes;
- Experience with AWS, especially S3, Glue, and Redshift;
- Experience with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow;
- Knowledge of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse concepts;
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases;
- Knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD;
- Experience with data modeling and data quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Terraform;
- Experience with Kafka;
- Knowledge of dbt;
- Experience with Snowflake;
- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
