About the Role

We are seeking a strategic technology leader who combines business acumen, people management skills, and a solid practical background in software engineering. You will be responsible for directing technical architecture, scaling development teams, and aligning technology deliverables with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define the company's vision, architecture, and technological evolution for the short, medium, and long term.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams, fostering the development of new technical leaders.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and high-impact technical deliverables.
  • Maintain constant alignment with the executive board (C-level) and other business areas.
  • Manage the department's budget, infrastructure contracts, cloud services, and team tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head of Technology (or an executive leadership role in IT).
  • Proven track record working directly as a Tech Lead (technical leadership of squads and systems architecture).
  • Solid experience in software architecture, CI/CD practices, information security, and distributed systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and multi-stakeholder management skills.
  • Active and compliant company (CNPJ) for service provision.

Differentials

  • Experience in fast-growing companies (scale-ups).
  • Practical knowledge of data governance and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
  • Experience in sizing and rapidly hiring technology teams (tech recruiting).
