What you will achieve
As an IAM AI Security Engineer, you will be a member of our internal Cybersecurity organization, with the responsibility of contributing your experience and technical skills to Dell's security infrastructure environment.
Your focus will be on the engineering and operation of Artificial Intelligence tools for identity and access management (IAM), which includes interacting and collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and suppliers.
You will:
- Manage processes and technologies to implement identity lifecycle operations for AI agents and service principals, including creation, rotation, revocation, and deactivation, ensuring strong audit capabilities.
- Administer RBAC and ABAC policies for agentic workflows and apply guardrails on model endpoints, data repositories, and tool integrations.
- Manage credentials used by AI agents, including vault policies, rotation schedules, and detection of credential misuse.
- Collaborate with product teams to capture use cases and translate them into concrete IAM controls for agents, models, and data access paths.
- Assist in investigations and incident response involving agentic AI, correlating logs of prompts, actions, tool calls, and data access events.

Essential Requirements:
- Advanced English for working in a global team
- Solid knowledge of OAuth and OIDC flows and understanding of group-based access controls in AD/Entra, including issuing group claims in JWT/SAML with appropriate filtering. Fundamental knowledge in IAM is essential for this role (authentication, authorization, and PAM). Desirable: basic scripting knowledge (Python/TypeScript) to automate integrations and reviews.
- Experience implementing IAM compliance controls and standards for AI agents, including supporting audit activities, and demonstrated ability to collaborate with IAM Architects to continuously maintain and evolve configurations, runbooks, and access flows.
- Practical experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph/LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) and/or agent platforms (Lindy, Orq.ai).
- Experience working with AI governance and MLOps platforms (e.g., DataRobot, Dataiku), providing support for approval flows, audit trails, and compliance validations. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to translate requirements into secure IAM and agent architectures, in partnership with application, platform, security, and data teams.
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Cybersecurity certification issued by ISC², SANS, or an equivalent body.
