About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a generalist profile, a strong engineering foundation, and a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence. This position is part of an international squad responsible for building and evolving digital solutions and internal tools.

The main challenge will be participating in the construction of an internal solution that consolidates various tools, automations, and workflows currently distributed across multiple applications. This technological layer must:

• Collect and consolidate data from different sources
• Automate analysis processes
• Work with data collected automatically as well as data validated by humans
• Create criteria and systems for evaluation and scoring
• Utilize AI to analyze, review, and validate results
• Generate insights and recommendations based on collected data
• Integrate different tools for capture, analysis, and insight generation
• Create workflows where different agents can evaluate, critique, validate, and suggest improvements
• Consolidate applications that currently run on servers/cloud and locally into a more integrated internal solution

An example application is the analysis of digital experiences, such as websites or chatbots, using criteria and heuristics to generate an initial assessment. From there, other processes or agents can review the results, validate the analysis, and suggest best practices or opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as one of the primary engineering references within the squad
• Work alongside UX professionals and international stakeholders
• Interact directly with internal platform users, addressing new demands, adjustments, maintenance, and tool evolution needs
• Investigate problems, understand needs, and propose solutions
• Use AI to support development and integrate AI into products and applications
• Participate in architecture decisions and connect technology, UX, and business needs
• Support other professionals and facilitate technical discussions

Work model and location

Contracting model: Outsourcing via Deeploy for 6 months, with the possibility of internalization by the client after this period.
