Technology Account Manager

We are seeking a professional to sell technology projects for customer service. You will manage a client portfolio, identify needs, prospect new business, and gather technical requirements to present suitable products and/or services. You will participate in developing solutions and commercial proposals, as well as in contract negotiations.

Experience in selling technology projects for customer service is desirable. Knowledge of Omnichannel, IVR (URA), ACD, call recording, and analytical solutions for customer service is required.

Availability to work on-site in Barueri.
