We are looking for an analytical, organized, and dynamic professional with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Call Center KPIs, Customer Journey Mapping, and Flowcharting to handle database treatment and analysis, as well as to create presentations on the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and analyze databases in Excel;
- Utilize formulas, functions, and pivot tables;
- Perform data cross-referencing to identify patterns, trends, and key insights;
- Transform analyzed data into clear and objective information;
- Create PowerPoint presentations featuring charts, KPIs, and relevant information;
- Structure data to enhance the visualization of the customer journey;
- Support the consolidation and presentation of results to relevant departments;
- Present study findings to the requesting stakeholder;
- Deliver presentations to the requesting stakeholder;
- Identify opportunities and propose procedural and operational improvements.
- Availability to work onsite in Barueri.
