What you'll do here:

You will be responsible for participating in software design and development, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security, as well as alignment with business needs and engineering best practices.

• Design systems that stand the test of time, ensuring performance and quality from the very first commit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, connecting technology, business, and design to create products that delight users.
• Apply Artificial Intelligence in daily operations, making processes smarter, faster, and more efficient.
• Explore Backend languages, expanding the reach and versatility of our solutions.
• Act with agility and ownership, delivering value quickly and learning with every iteration.
• Elevate coding best practices, such as Code Calisthenics, Clean Code, and SOLID, raising the team's technical standards.
