Education/Educational Background: Full degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields
Mandatory Experience for the Position:
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst and/or Developer;
• Experience in development and maintenance projects for systems;
• Active participation in requirements gathering and process mapping;
• Experience in creating technical documentation, such as use cases and system manuals;
• Practical knowledge in system testing (functional and non-functional).
Mandatory Technical Knowledge for the Position:
• Experience in analysis, coding, testing, and maintenance of systems;
• Knowledge in requirements gathering and mapping;
• Mastery of system documentation techniques, such as use cases and user stories;
• Familiarity with data modeling and system performance analysis;
• Knowledge in functional testing of web and desktop systems;
• Ability to create technical manuals and system documentation.
Desirable/Differentiating Knowledge:
• Knowledge in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Trello)
• Familiarity with data modeling tools (MySQL Workbench);
• Knowledge in development frameworks (.NET, Spring);
• Experience with code versioning (Git);
• Knowledge in relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL);
• Skill in automated testing (Selenium, JUnit).
Duties and Responsibilities to be Performed:
• Perform analysis, coding, testing, and maintenance of systems;
• Conduct requirements gathering and mapping for system projects;
• Create and maintain technical documentation, such as use case specifications, user stories, and system manuals;
• Model data and analyze the performance of deployed systems;
• Actively participate in projects for system improvement and optimization;
• Perform functions of requirements analyst and tester;
• Create use cases and document system processes;
• Test functionalities of web and desktop systems;
• Collaborate with the team in the development of efficient technical solutions.

Information about the Employment Contract
Remuneration: To be agreed
Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
