Tasks and Responsibilities
Show originalEducation: Full degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Mandatory Experience for the Role:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Systems Analyst or in similar roles, with a focus on Human Resources systems.
• Proven experience with Payroll systems, including configuration, testing, validations, and support for calculation processes, payroll taxes, and monthly closing.
• Experience in HR and Personnel Department systems, covering hiring, termination, vacation, time tracking, benefits, and employee master data management.
• Practical knowledge in modules or systems focused on OHS (Occupational Health and Safety), including event management, reports, occupational health exams, and integrations with legal compliance requirements.
• Experience with eSocial, involving event mapping, system integration, data validation, inconsistency resolution, and support for legal and tax reporting.
• Participation in implementation, continuous improvement, or integration projects of HR systems, acting in requirements gathering, testing, and user support.
Mandatory Technical Knowledge for the Role:
• BPMN Modeling – for mapping and optimizing processes;
• UML Mastery – with a focus on behavioral and structural diagrams;
• Experience with User Stories – in agile methodologies (Scrum);
• Functional Prototyping – creation of wireframes and mockups
• Conceptual data modeling – definition of entities, relationships, and cardinalities.
Desirable/Differentiating Knowledge
• Experience with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) systems;
• Experience in government projects;
• Basic SQL knowledge (SELECT, JOIN);
• Familiarity with REST APIs;
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Understand current (AS IS) and future (TO BE) processes;
• Detail functional and non-functional requirements;
• Develop use cases or user stories;
• Ensure traceability between requirements, business rules, and processes;
• Model processes in BPMN; • Act as a liaison between users, Product Owner, and the technical team;
• Support technical decisions from a functional perspective;
• Record business needs in a structured manner.
Contract Information
Remuneration: To be discussed.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00.
