Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any higher education course accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctoral) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
Mandatory Experience
• Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in the Information Technology area, in subjects covered by this job posting, to be proven by a document issued by a public or private legal entity.
Mandatory Technical Knowledge for the Role
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing;
• Manual and Automated Testing: Solid experience in both approaches;
• APIs: Knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP) and related tools;
• Test Management Tools: Experience with test and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, AIO Tests, TestRail, Zephyr);
• SQL: Proficiency in SQL for database validations;
• Agile Methodologies: Previous experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
Desirable/Differentiating Knowledge
• Certifications related to quality and testing areas (e.g., CTFL);
• Knowledge of programming languages (JavaScript and/or Java);
• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle);
• Familiarity with test automation using Playwright.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Create, document, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios and cases;
• Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and integration tests;
• Perform API tests (REST/SOAP) using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Insomnia, or similar;
• Use test and defect management tools (Jira, Testplan, etc.);
• Validate data in databases through SQL queries;
• Participate in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) throughout the development cycle, engaging in all agile ceremonies;
• Support the development team in resolving failures, identifying risks, and proposing improvements;
• Prepare documentation and support the client homologation process;
• Conduct requirements specification reviews;
• Manage the bug lifecycle;
• Prepare quality reports;
• Support the development team.
• Analyze items returned by the client;
• Support the leader with processes that ensure delivery quality;
• Prepare manuals for systems delivered to clients;
• Prepare all necessary documentation regarding service levels, capacity, performance, and available solutions, disseminating this information to the relevant areas;
• Manage access profiles for information, data, and resources;
• Conduct training, preparing programmatic content and teaching materials, determining training prerequisites, and audio-visual resources;
• Provide support when necessary, identifying client needs, proposing process and role changes, negotiating solution alternatives, and proposing the adoption of new methods and techniques, aiming to tailor solutions to their needs.
Contract Information
Remuneration: To be agreed upon.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
