Senior Developer (AI Specialization)

We are seeking a Senior Generative AI and Machine Learning Developer to work on the development, implementation, and evolution of intelligent solutions applied to the company's products and processes. The professional will be responsible for transforming business challenges into innovative solutions using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Generative AI models.

You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams, contributing from architecture definition to the deployment and maintenance of solutions in production environments, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and adherence to market best practices.

Prerequisites:

Education

• Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI projects.
• Experience in developing and deploying solutions in production environments.
• Hands-on experience in corporate projects utilizing AI technologies applied to business.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain applications based on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
• Design, train, validate, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Develop solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Integrate AI models with corporate systems, APIs, databases, and existing platforms.
• Participate in defining the technical architecture of AI solutions.
• Work collaboratively with development, product, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure the delivery of solutions aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Conduct testing, validation, and continuous monitoring of deployed models.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, security, and governance of developed solutions.
• Develop technical documentation and share knowledge with internal teams.
• Research and propose new technologies, methodologies, and tools related to Artificial Intelligence.
• Support the definition of best practices related to ethics, privacy, and security in the use of AI.
